Terms of UseUse of the Rainforest Alliance Web site is subject to agreement with the following terms of use. CopyrightThe entire Web site is copyrighted by the Rainforest Alliance. All of the material found on the site is copyrighted by the Rainforest Alliance except that copyrighted by other parties and reproduced with permission. All rights are reserved. Warranty and LiabilityIn no event shall the Rainforest Alliance be liable for any loss, claim or damages, whether consequential or incidental, arising either directly or indirectly from use of or failure to use the Web site. User RulesUsers may not send, post or transmit any message that is libelous or defamatory, or violates any other person's copyrights, privacy rights, trademarks, trade secrets, etc. Users indemnify the Rainforest Alliance for any and all damages suffered by third parties that result from violations of this term. Legal ActionsThese terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York. Individuals agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New York. In the event that any portion of these terms of use is deemed by a court to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Individuals agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or other legal action arising out of or related to use of the Web site must be filed within one year after the reason for the claim or other legal action arose.
