Coffee
Stock your teachers' lounge with Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee, and feel good about your sustainable cup of joe with every delicious sip.
The Rainforest Alliance is ensuring that coffee workers are paid fairly, treated with respect and that the crop they tend does not contribute to soil erosion, water contamination and forest destruction.

Chocolate
 |
Like coffee, cocoa can be grown in relative harmony with the natural forest. You can purchase chocolate made from cocoa certified by the Rainforest Alliance.
The Rainforest Alliance certifies cocoa farms that meet strict social and environmental standards, including access to education and health care and improved water and soil quality. As a result, participating farmers grow their cocoa in harmony with the rainforest, without the use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides.

Bananas
Bananas are the world's most popular fruit. More than 15% of all the bananas in international trade come from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms. These farms have improved water quality, instituted programs for recycling and safe waste disposal, dramatically decreased agrochemical use and improved the quality of life for farmer workers and their families.
Chiquita and Reybancorp (Favorita Fruit Company), two leading banana companies, have reached 100% certification of all company-owned plantations.
